Joseph P. Roznai, CPA, CGMA, became a partner at MichaelSilver in 1998. Joe has over 35 years of federal, international, state and local tax planning, consulting, and compliance experience, working with entrepreneurial businesses across a wide range of industries, including manufacturers, printers, retailers, distributors, service providers, auto dealers, and lessors. Joe also has broad experience serving S corporations and partnerships/LLCs, as well as advising clients on U.S. and international income tax issues.
Kevin Campbell is a director in KSM’s Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Group. Kevin provides strategic guidance to private equity firms, investors, and business owners, helping them navigate complex financial transactions on both the buy side and sell side. With a focus on due diligence and analysis, he assesses a company’s financial position and guides clients through merger and acquisition complexities while identifying and addressing financial risks and opportunities.
